North-Chiang Mai University Joins Public Hearing on Road Design Project in Hang Dong District
On May 16, 2025, at the Hang Dong Khemkhaeng Multipurpose Building, Hang Dong Subdistrict Municipality,
Mr. Somkiat Khamsuk, Director of the Office of the President, North-Chiang Mai University, attended the second public hearing and stakeholder engagement session for the road survey and design project connecting Highway 1006 to Rural Road CHO.3035.
The meeting was presided over by Mr. Jakkarin Sirinthornphoom, District Chief of Hang Dong, who officially opened the session. Organized by the Department of Rural Roads, this second public hearing (Forum 2) targeted stakeholders in Hang Dong and San Pa Tong Districts, Chiang Mai Province.
The objective was to publicize and present the progress of the feasibility study, particularly the proposed development alternatives, as well as to collect feedback and suggestions from the public that would be beneficial to the planning and implementation of the project.
